I'm a content designer with ten years of industry experience. I've worked for local government, charities, and universities. I currently design content for Nationwide, working from my home in Sheffield.

I love taking complicated topics and tasks and making them simpler and accessible to all.

 

In every project, I see myself as an advocate for the user – giving them a voice and keeping them at the centre of my work.

My approach is to look at the complete picture of a person's experience, not just a part of it. Because it’s my goal to ensure everyone gets the right content, in the right format, at the right moment on their journey.​
